AAGRAH PARTNER COLLECTIVE CREATOR PRIVACY NOTICE Version: 1.0 | Effective Date: 27 September 2026 1. WHO WE ARE This Creator Privacy Notice is issued by Aagrah Fine Jewels, operating the brand Aagrah Fine Jewels / Aagrah Jewels ("Aagrah", "we", "us" or "our"), with its registered/principal office at H189/13, Vaikom, Kottayam, Kerala,India 686608, India. WHO THIS NOTICE APPLIES TO This Notice applies to individuals who apply for, are invited to, participate in, are referred to, or otherwise interact with the Aagrah Partner Collective as Creators or prospective Creators. 3. PERSONAL DATA WE MAY COLLECT Identity and eligibility data: name, age/age confirmation, profile details, PAN, GST information where applicable, and other KYC information requested for lawful onboarding or payout purposes. Contact data: mobile number, email address, postal/shipping address and communication preferences. Social and Creator profile data: social-media handles, profile URLs, audience/content information, public profile information and campaign information. Program account data: Creator ID, onboarding category (Public Applicant / Invited Creator), referral source, linked Agency, Creator Coupon, tier, Elite streak, leaderboard status, Starter Product and product entitlements. Performance and order-attribution data: coupon-attributed orders, Successful Delivered Sales, returns/RTO/refunds, delivery performance, commission calculations, milestone status, referral qualification and giveaway eligibility. Payment and tax data: bank/UPI or other payout details, payout history, PAN/GST/tax information, statutory deduction information and payment status. Communications and compliance data: support conversations, campaign briefs, content URLs, disclosure/compliance checks, complaints, corrections, fraud reviews and account actions. Technical and security data: IP address, device/browser information, login/session information, timestamps, security logs and fraud/risk indicators where reasonably required. 4. WHERE WE GET PERSONAL DATA Directly from you when you apply, accept the Agreement, provide KYC/payout details, contact support, claim a product benefit or participate in a campaign. From Aagrah commerce, CRM, payment, courier/logistics and Program systems when coupon-attributed orders, deliveries, returns, payouts or Creator benefits are processed. From a linked Agency or referring Creator where they submit an authorized invitation or referral. A referral does not give the referrer access to your private earnings or financial details. From social-media platforms and publicly available Creator profiles where relevant to evaluate or administer the Program. 5. WHY WE USE PERSONAL DATA To receive and evaluate Creator applications and authorized invitations. To classify onboarding status, including Public Applicant, Invited Creator or an approved Owner/Super Admin override. To create and administer Creator accounts, Creator Coupons and Program access. To supply Starter Products, campaign products, giveaway prizes and related logistics. To attribute sales using the valid Creator Coupon recorded on an order. Link clicks alone are not used as the contractual commission-attribution rule. To calculate tiers, retroactive monthly commission upgrades, flexible coupon-discount/commission uplifts, bonuses, referral rewards, delivery rewards and payout balances. To process payouts, KYC/tax requirements, statutory deductions, accounting and reconciliation. To administer linked Agency relationships and Agency dashboards. To operate Elite streaks, leaderboards, giveaways and performance reporting. To communicate service notices, account updates, campaign instructions and support responses. To prevent fraud, duplicate accounts, self-orders, manipulation, security incidents and abuse. To comply with applicable law, regulatory requests, tax/accounting obligations, dispute resolution and enforcement of Program terms. To send optional promotional/campaign communications where permitted and subject to available opt-out choices. 6. COUPON-ONLY ATTRIBUTION For Creator commission, Aagrah uses the Creator Coupon recorded on the final customer order as the contractual attribution method. A click on a Creator link alone does not create a commission entitlement. Program systems may still record technical link or campaign interactions for security, diagnostics or analytics where lawfully permitted, but such data does not replace the coupon-only commission rule. 7. WHO WE MAY SHARE PERSONAL DATA WITH 7.1 Service providers We may share data with vendors that help operate the Program, subject to appropriate contractual and security arrangements where required. These may include: e-commerce and website providers; CRM, customer-support and creator-management providers; payment, payout, banking and payment-processing providers; KYC, tax, accounting and compliance providers; courier, logistics, fulfilment and delivery providers; email, WhatsApp/SMS and communication providers; cloud hosting, analytics, security and fraud-prevention providers. 7.2 Linked Agencies If you are linked to an Agency, Aagrah may share limited Program information with that Agency to administer the relationship. This may include your name/handle, Creator ID, linkage status, Creator Coupon, tier, qualifying-sales and performance information, campaign status and other information reasonably necessary for Agency reporting and support. Aagrah does not ordinarily share your bank/UPI details, PAN/KYC documents, tax identifiers or other unnecessary financial credentials with the Agency. Agencies must use Creator data only for the Aagrah Program and in accordance with their Agency terms. 7.3 Professional advisers, authorities and business transfers We may disclose data where reasonably necessary to professional advisers, auditors, insurers, courts, regulators, law-enforcement or tax authorities, or in connection with a lawful merger, acquisition, restructuring or transfer of the business, subject to applicable law. 8. CUSTOMER DATA Creators and Agencies do not receive general access to Aagrah customer lists. Customer personal data is not shared with a Creator or Agency merely because an order is attributed to a Creator Coupon. Where limited order information is shown for support or reconciliation, Aagrah should minimize or mask customer information to what is reasonably necessary. 9. PUBLIC / PROGRAM VISIBILITY Where relevant to the Program, Aagrah may display your Creator name/handle, tier, leaderboard rank, approved campaign content or publicly reportable performance in accordance with the Creator Agreement. Sensitive financial identifiers and KYC information are not intended for public display. 10. INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING Some service providers may process data from locations outside India. Where this occurs, Aagrah will handle such processing in accordance with applicable Indian law and any applicable restrictions on cross-border processing. 11. HOW LONG WE KEEP PERSONAL DATA We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Notice, including the duration of the Creator relationship and any period needed to complete payouts, resolve returns or disputes, prevent fraud, maintain audit records and meet tax, accounting or legal obligations. When data is no longer reasonably required, Aagrah may delete, anonymize or securely archive it as appropriate. Different categories may be kept for different periods because payout, tax, fraud and legal records can require longer retention than ordinary marketing or application data. 12. SECURITY Aagrah uses reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data and the Program. No system can be guaranteed completely secure. Creators must protect their own login credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. 13. YOUR PRIVACY REQUESTS Subject to applicable law and any lawful exceptions, you may contact Aagrah to request access to information about your personal data, correction or updating of inaccurate data, erasure where applicable, withdrawal of consent where processing depends on consent, or resolution of a privacy grievance. Requests should be sent to aagrahfinejewels@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Some information may need to be retained despite a request where required for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, legal claims or other lawful purposes. 14. PROMOTIONAL COMMUNICATIONS AND OPT-OUT You may opt out of non-essential promotional Creator communications using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in the message, available Program settings, or by contacting Creator support. Where supported, you may also reply STOP to promotional messaging channels. Opting out of promotional communications does not prevent Aagrah from sending necessary Program communications such as security notices, contractual updates, payout/tax notices, order/product-entitlement updates, compliance requests or responses to your support requests while your account remains active. 15. AGE REQUIREMENT The Creator Program is intended for persons who are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into the Creator Agreement. 16. CHANGES TO THIS NOTICE Aagrah may update this Notice to reflect changes in law, service providers, Program features or data practices. The latest version and effective date should be made available through the Creator signup flow, dashboard or another appropriate channel. Material changes may be separately notified where appropriate. 17.
