AAGRAH PARTNER COLLECTIVE CREATOR PARTNER AGREEMENT, PROGRAM TERMS & CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT Version: 1.2 Effective Date: 27 September 2026 This Creator Partner Agreement, Program Terms and Confidentiality Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into electronically between: Aagrah Fine Jewels, operating the brand Aagrah Fine Jewels / Aagrah Jewels, having its registered/principal office at H189/13, Vaikom, Kottayam, Kerala,India 686608, India ("Aagrah", "we", "us" or "our"); and the person registering for the Aagrah Partner Collective ("Creator", "you" or "your"). By checking the acceptance checkbox and completing registration, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement. 1. PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAM The Aagrah Partner Collective allows approved Creators to promote eligible Aagrah products through Creator-specific coupon codes, approved campaign links and campaigns. For commission attribution, the Creator Coupon rule in Section 40 applies. Creators may earn commission and performance benefits from eligible customer orders that are successfully delivered and satisfy the requirements of this Agreement. The Program is performance-based. Registration alone does not entitle a Creator to: guaranteed earnings; guaranteed free products; guaranteed campaigns; guaranteed giveaways; guaranteed commissions; guaranteed audience growth; employment; fixed remuneration. 2. ELIGIBILITY To participate, the Creator must: be at least 18 years old; have legal capacity to enter into a contract; provide accurate registration information; provide valid contact information; provide valid payment/bank/UPI details when required; provide PAN and other tax/KYC information requested by Aagrah; operate genuine social-media or content channels; comply with applicable Indian laws, platform rules and advertising requirements; not be suspended or prohibited from participating in affiliate or advertising programs. Aagrah may reject or suspend an application where information is incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent or otherwise unsuitable for the Program. 3. INDEPENDENT CREATOR RELATIONSHIP The Creator participates as an independent creator/affiliate. Nothing in this Agreement creates: employment; partnership; joint venture; franchise; legal agency; fiduciary relationship; employer-employee relationship. The Creator is not authorized to enter into contracts on behalf of Aagrah or make commitments binding Aagrah. The Creator is responsible for their own business expenses, equipment, internet connection, content-production expenses and taxes except where Aagrah expressly agrees otherwise. 4. NON-EXCLUSIVITY Unless a separate written campaign agreement states otherwise, this Agreement is non-exclusive. The Creator may work with other brands. However, the Creator must not: falsely represent another brand's product as an Aagrah product; misuse Aagrah confidential information; misrepresent their relationship with Aagrah; imply that Aagrah endorses another business without written authorization. 5. STARTER PRODUCT AND ONBOARDING CATEGORY Aagrah may provide one eligible Starter Product to an approved Creator under the onboarding category recorded in Aagrah's Program system. A "Public Applicant" is a Creator who applies through Aagrah's public application route and is not recorded as an Invited Creator. A Public Applicant defaults to paying 50% of the applicable Starter Product price. An "Invited Creator" is a Creator whose invited status is expressly recorded in Aagrah's authorized Program workflow. An Invited Creator defaults to receiving one eligible Starter Product at no charge. An informal message, Creator referral, social-media DM, or other invitation does not by itself create Invited Creator status unless the Aagrah Program record shows the Creator as invited. 6. STARTER PRODUCT ELIGIBILITY Aagrah decides which products are eligible for the Starter Product program. Not every Aagrah product is necessarily eligible. • The Starter Product is limited to one qualifying Starter Product per Creator unless Aagrah approves otherwise. • A Starter Product order cannot itself generate Creator commission, Agency commission, tier progress, milestone progress, referral qualification or leaderboard credit. • Duplicate or manipulated accounts may be rejected, suspended or placed under review. 7. PUBLIC APPLICANT STARTER PRODUCT AND REFUND A Public Applicant normally pays 50% of the applicable Starter Product price upfront, and Aagrah collects that amount. If the Public Applicant generates 3 Cleared Successful Delivered Sales within the applicable Starter Refund qualification period, Aagrah will refund the entire amount that Aagrah actually collected from the Creator for that Starter Product. This refund is paid in addition to the Creator's normal commission earned on those qualifying sales. The refund is all-or-nothing. Fewer than 3 qualifying cleared sales do not create a partial Starter Product refund. The initial qualification period may be displayed in the Creator dashboard and may currently be configured as 30 days unless Aagrah specifies otherwise before the Creator accepts the Starter Product offer. 8. INVITED CREATOR DEFAULT FREE PRODUCT AND OWNER OVERRIDE An Invited Creator defaults to receiving one eligible Starter Product at no charge. Because the Creator paid no Starter Product amount, there is no Starter Product refund payable. The Invited Creator remains eligible to earn normal commission on qualifying customer sales. Aagrah, acting through an authorized Owner or Super Admin, may override the default Starter Product price, discount, eligibility or free-product treatment for an individual Creator or approved Creator cohort before purchase or dispatch. The Creator is entitled only to the Starter Product treatment shown in the Program system or accepted order at that time. No Starter Product refund can exceed the amount actually paid by the Creator to Aagrah for that Starter Product. 9. STARTER PRODUCT BENEFIT IS SEPARATE FROM COMMISSION Any Starter Product refund is separate from Creator commission. Example: if a Public Applicant pays ₹300 for a Starter Product and later earns ₹165 commission from 3 qualifying cleared sales, Aagrah may pay ₹165 commission plus a ₹300 refund of the Starter Product amount previously collected. The refund does not replace or reduce the Creator's normal commission. 10. DEFINITION OF A SUCCESSFUL DELIVERED SALE A "Successful Delivered Sale" means an eligible customer order attributable to the Creator which: is successfully delivered to the customer; is not cancelled; is not RTO; is not fraudulent; is not a test/internal order; is not a Creator self-order; is not fully returned or fully refunded; satisfies Aagrah's attribution rules. Aagrah's order, payment, courier and return records will be used to determine order status, subject to correction of genuine errors. 11. ONE ORDER COUNTS AS ONE SALE One successfully delivered customer order counts as: one affiliate sale. This applies even if several products are included in the order. A customer buying six jewellery pieces in one order does not create six tier sales. 12. FREE PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS Free products received through offers such as: Buy 2 Get 1; Buy 3 Get 3; gift-with-purchase; other promotional bundles do not create additional: commissions; tier sales; milestone sales; referral sales; Agency commissions. 13. COMMISSION PRICE BAND For an order containing multiple eligible paid products, Aagrah may determine the applicable commission band using the highest-priced eligible paid jewellery item retained by the customer. For commission-band purposes, the relevant product price is the eligible product selling price after ordinary item-level markdowns but before deduction of the Creator Coupon discount described below. Free promotional products are ignored. Example: an eligible product priced at ₹575 remains in the ₹575–₹999 commission band even if a ₹40 Creator Coupon discount reduces the customer's payable amount. 14. CREATOR COMMISSION MATRIX Base Creator Commission Default Creator Coupon Discount Budget Unless Aagrah gives prior notice of a prospective change, the current Base Creator Commission is set out in the commission table immediately above / below this clause and in the Creator dashboard. Commission is calculated per qualifying Successful Delivered Sale. The current default Creator Coupon discount budget by price band is: ₹40 for ₹575–₹999; ₹60 for ₹1,000–₹1,799; ₹90 for ₹1,800–₹2,699; and ₹120 for ₹2,700–₹3,700. Aagrah may configure the actual customer discount attached to a Creator Coupon at an amount from ₹0 up to the applicable default Creator Coupon discount budget. Where the actual Creator Coupon discount is lower than the default discount budget, Aagrah may add the unused portion to the Creator's commission for that order. Flexible Creator Commission = Base Creator Commission + max(0, Default Creator Coupon Discount − Actual Creator Coupon Discount). The flexible uplift cannot exceed the unused default Creator Coupon discount budget. General storewide discounts, bundle offers, prepaid discounts, gift promotions or other offers are not automatically treated as unused Creator Coupon discount and do not automatically increase Creator commission unless Aagrah expressly designates them as part of the flexible Creator Coupon arrangement. If the Creator is Agency-linked, any Agency commission is separate and is not deducted from the Creator's commission. The Delivery Quality Reward is calculated only on the original Base Creator Commission for the applicable tier and price band, not on any flexible discount-to-commission uplift. Products outside configured commission bands do not automatically generate an assumed commission rate. 15. CREATOR TIERS Creator tiers are calculated using qualifying Successful Delivered Sales in the applicable calendar month. STARTER 0–9 qualifying sales PRO 10–49 qualifying sales ELITE 50+ qualifying sales 16. RETROACTIVE MONTHLY TIER UPGRADE This is an important Program rule. If the Creator reaches a higher tier during a month: all qualifying sales in that same month are recalculated using the higher Creator tier rate. Example: A Creator has 9 Band-1 sales. Starter rate: 9 × ₹55 = ₹495. The Creator obtains the 10th qualifying sale. The Creator becomes Pro. The correct monthly base commission becomes: 10 × ₹65 = ₹650. The earlier qualifying sales from that month also receive the Pro rate. 17. ELITE UPGRADE When the Creator reaches 50 qualifying monthly sales: all qualifying sales in that calendar month are recalculated using the Elite rate applicable to each order's price band. Example: 50 qualifying Band-1 orders: 50 × ₹75 = ₹3,750. 18. MIXED PRODUCT PRICE BANDS If different orders fall into different price bands, each order keeps its applicable price band while the Creator's monthly tier determines which commission column applies. Example: Elite Creator: 20 Band-1 sales × ₹75; 20 Band-2 sales × ₹120; 10 Band-3 sales × ₹180. 19. PROVISIONAL TIER AND FINAL TIER Tier status shown during a month may be provisional until applicable order clearing, returns and reconciliation are completed. A Creator may therefore see: Pro — Current or Elite — Current before final reconciliation. If qualifying orders later become invalid due to returns, refunds, fraud or other valid reasons, tier status and earnings may be recalculated. 20. TIER ADJUSTMENTS If a Creator upgrades tier, Aagrah may credit a: Tier Upgrade Adjustment. If orders later become invalid and reduce the Creator below a tier threshold, Aagrah may apply a: Tier Downgrade Adjustment. Aagrah will maintain transaction records rather than silently rewriting previously completed payouts. 21. CREATOR MILESTONE BONUSES Current monthly milestone bonuses are: Only the: highest milestone reached is payable for that month. Milestones do not stack. 22. MILESTONE RECALCULATION Where an order previously counted toward a milestone later becomes invalid, the applicable milestone may be recalculated. Example: 50 qualifying sales initially qualify for ₹1,250. If final valid sales become 49, the 25-sale milestone of ₹500 may instead apply. Any excess previously credited may be reversed or deducted from future earnings. 23. DELIVERY QUALITY REWARD A Creator may receive a: 10% Delivery Quality Reward on eligible base Creator commission where their applicable delivery rate is at least: 85%. 24. DELIVERY QUALITY CALCULATION The reward applies only to base Creator sales commission. It does not increase: milestone bonuses; Starter Product refunds; referral bonuses; product benefits; giveaway value. Orders still in transit or unresolved should not be treated as final delivery failures until their final shipment outcome is known. 25. STARTER BENEFITS • Public Applicants normally receive one eligible Starter Product at 50% of the applicable price, with the amount actually paid refundable after 3 qualifying Cleared Successful Delivered Sales within the qualification period. • Invited Creators default to one eligible Starter Product at no charge, subject to Aagrah Owner/Super Admin override. • Normal Creator commission remains payable on qualifying customer sales. • Starter Creators remain eligible for applicable milestone and Delivery Quality Reward benefits. 26. PRO BENEFITS Creators reaching Pro may receive: Pro commission rates on all qualifying sales that month; one approved campaign jewellery product for the following month, subject to Program rules; milestone eligibility; Delivery Quality Reward eligibility; Creator performance dashboard/history. 27. ELITE BENEFITS Creators reaching Elite may receive: Elite commission rates on all qualifying sales that month; one approved campaign jewellery product for the following month; milestone eligibility; Delivery Quality Reward eligibility; Elite leaderboard access; eligibility to compete for the Elite follower giveaway after satisfying the Elite streak rules. 28. FREE PRO / ELITE CAMPAIGN PRODUCT Unless otherwise approved, the standard entitlement is limited to: one approved campaign product per qualifying month. The benefit: has no cash alternative; cannot be transferred; cannot automatically be exchanged for unrestricted store credit; is subject to stock and eligibility; may expire if not claimed within the stated period. 29. ELITE STREAK For giveaway eligibility, Aagrah tracks consecutive completed Elite months. A Creator must have: at least 3 consecutive Elite months to satisfy the Elite tenure requirement. If a Creator falls below Elite in a completed month, the consecutive Elite streak may reset. 30. ELITE MONTHLY LEADERBOARD Aagrah may operate a monthly leaderboard for qualifying Elite Creators. Leaderboard ranking may consider: Cleared Successful Delivered Sales; delivery percentage; RTO rate; time at which the qualifying performance was reached; fraud/compliance standing. 31. ELITE GIVEAWAY MINIMUM PERFORMANCE Elite status alone does not automatically guarantee a giveaway. Aagrah may set a minimum qualifying performance requirement. The initial configured threshold may be: 200 qualifying delivered sales during the qualifying month. Aagrah may change this threshold prospectively. 32. TOP 5 ELITE CREATOR GIVEAWAY Each month, up to: 5 qualifying Elite Creators may receive an Aagrah-sponsored follower giveaway. If fewer than five Creators satisfy all eligibility requirements, Aagrah is not required to fill the remaining positions. 33. GIVEAWAY STRUCTURE Each approved Elite Creator giveaway may include: 15 follower winners currently structured as: 3 winners Premium 18K gold-plated Aagrah jewellery 12 winners Aagrah fashion jewellery Products are determined by Aagrah. 34. GIVEAWAY CONDITIONS A giveaway is: subject to stock availability; subject to Program profitability/compliance checks; product-only unless Aagrah expressly agrees otherwise; not exchangeable for cash by the Creator; administered according to Aagrah's campaign instructions. The Creator must not announce or promise an Aagrah-funded giveaway unless Aagrah has confirmed approval. 35. CREATOR REFERRAL PROGRAM Creators may invite new Creators using an approved referral mechanism. The Creator referral program is: one level only. It is not a multi-level marketing or downline commission arrangement. 36. ONE-TIME CREATOR REFERRAL BONUS Where Creator A refers a new Creator B, Creator A may receive: ₹100 one time after Creator B reaches: 5 Cleared Successful Delivered Sales. 37. NO RECURRING REFERRAL COMMISSION After the one-time ₹100 reward is earned: Creator A receives: no future percentage or commission from Creator B's sales. There is: no second level; no downstream commission; no team override; no recurring recruitment income. 38. REFERRAL DOES NOT CREATE OWNERSHIP A referring Creator does not: own the referred Creator account; become the referred Creator's manager; control their income; receive private earnings data; receive recurring revenue. 39. CREATOR REFERRAL AND AGENCY ATTRIBUTION ARE SEPARATE Referral attribution and Agency attribution are separate Program relationships. Referring another Creator does not automatically attach that person to the referrer's Agency. Agency relationships require separate onboarding/mapping. 40. COUPON-ONLY CREATOR ATTRIBUTION Creator commission is attributed only where the customer order contains the Creator's valid, active Creator Coupon and that coupon is recorded on the final order in Aagrah's commerce records. A click on a Creator link, referral link, social-media link, landing page or other tracking link by itself does not create commission attribution. There is no 7-day link-attribution or last-click attribution rule for Creator commission. If no valid Creator Coupon is recorded on the order, no Creator commission is payable for that order, even if the customer states that they saw the Creator's content before purchasing. Aagrah may correct attribution where there is a demonstrable system or administrative error supported by Aagrah's own records. A discretionary correction does not create a general right to retroactive attribution. 41. CREATOR COUPONS AND OTHER OFFERS A Creator Coupon may carry the customer discount configured by Aagrah under the flexible commission/discount arrangement in Section 14. Other Aagrah offers, including bundle offers, prepaid discounts or storewide promotions, do not substitute for the Creator Coupon for attribution unless Aagrah expressly configures the checkout to retain the Creator Coupon together with the other offer. Where the checkout permits combined offers, the Creator Coupon must remain recorded on the final order for the Creator to receive attribution. 42. ONE CREATOR PER CUSTOMER ORDER Only one Creator may receive Creator commission for a particular order. An order may also carry one Agency relationship where applicable. 43. SELF-PURCHASES Creators must not purchase through their own referral mechanism to generate: commission; tier credit; milestones; referral qualification; leaderboard sales. Aagrah may identify self-purchases using account, contact, payment, address and other reasonable fraud indicators. 44. FRAUD AND MANIPULATION The following are prohibited: fake orders; fake COD orders; artificial order splitting; duplicate Creator accounts; self-referrals; referral farming; fabricated customers; fraudulent returns; manipulation of Creator Coupons, coupon attribution or Program tracking records; manipulation of Agency attribution; intentionally false delivery information; encouraging customers to place orders without genuine purchase intent. Aagrah may place suspected earnings on hold while investigating. 45. CLEARING PERIOD Successful Delivered Sales are subject to a: 15-day clearing period before associated earnings become eligible for payout. 46. PAYOUT CYCLE Aagrah currently intends to process cleared Creator earnings in: Monday payout runs using Indian Standard Time. Amounts clearing after the applicable weekly cutoff may move to the following payout cycle. Bank/payment-processing delays may occasionally affect settlement timing. 47. TAXES AND STATUTORY DEDUCTIONS Creator earnings are subject to applicable Indian tax law. Aagrah may: request PAN; request GST information where applicable; deduct TDS or other statutory amounts where legally required; issue appropriate tax documentation. The Creator is responsible for their own income-tax/GST filings and tax obligations except taxes that Aagrah is legally required to deduct or remit. Aagrah may withhold a payout until legally required tax/KYC information is provided. 48. TAX TREATMENT OF NON-CASH BENEFITS Free or discounted products, prizes, benefits or perquisites may have tax consequences depending on applicable law and the Creator's circumstances. Aagrah may make statutory deductions, seek reimbursement of legally required tax amounts, or require documentation before releasing a benefit where required by law. 49. RETURNS AND REFUNDS BEFORE PAYOUT If an order is cancelled, returned, refunded, RTO or otherwise becomes invalid before commission clearance: no Creator commission is payable for that order. Related: tiers; bonuses; delivery rewards; referral qualification; leaderboard status may be recalculated. 50. RETURNS OR REFUNDS AFTER PAYOUT Where an order becomes invalid after related earnings have already been paid, Aagrah may create a negative adjustment against future Creator earnings. Aagrah will maintain a ledger record of the adjustment. 51. PARTIAL RETURNS If a customer retains at least one eligible paid item after a partial return, the order may continue to qualify as one sale. The applicable commission band may be recalculated using the highest-priced eligible retained paid item. 52. CONTENT CREATION Creators remain responsible for content they create and publish. Creator content must: be lawful; be truthful; not mislead consumers; not contain fabricated claims; not violate another person's intellectual property; comply with platform terms; comply with applicable advertising and endorsement rules. 53. MANDATORY ADVERTISING DISCLOSURE Whenever the Creator has a material connection with Aagrah—including commission, affiliate earnings, a discounted product, free jewellery, giveaway benefits or other value—the Creator must clearly disclose the relationship. Appropriate labels may include, depending on context: Ad Advertisement Affiliate Partnership Sponsored Collaboration Free Gift relevant platform paid-partnership/disclosure tool. Disclosure must be clear, prominent and easy for the audience to notice. 54. DISCLOSURE MUST NOT BE HIDDEN The Creator must not: bury disclosure at the end of a long caption; hide disclosure among many hashtags; make disclosure too small to read; place disclosure somewhere requiring unnecessary navigation; intentionally disguise advertising as an unrelated independent review. 55. VIDEO AND STORY DISCLOSURE Where required by applicable guidelines/platform rules, disclosure must be presented clearly in the content itself, caption and/or platform disclosure functionality. Creators are responsible for ensuring consumers reasonably understand that a commercial/material relationship exists. 56. HONEST ENDORSEMENTS The Creator must only make statements reflecting genuine experience, belief or reasonably current opinion. The Creator must not claim to have personally used a product if they have not. The Creator must not make claims they know are false or cannot reasonably support. 57. PRODUCT CLAIMS Creators should use: product information supplied by Aagrah; current Aagrah product pages; current Creator campaign briefs; claims specifically approved by Aagrah. Creators must not invent performance, durability, health, material or warranty claims. 58. PRODUCT-SPECIFIC CLAIMS Different Aagrah products may have different: materials; plating; waterproof characteristics; anti-tarnish properties; warranty periods; sizes; care instructions. The Creator must not assume that a claim applying to one product applies to all Aagrah products. Use current product-specific information. 59. PROHIBITED CLAIMS Without written approval, Creator must not claim: jewellery is "real gold"; jewellery is solid gold where it is plated; medical/health benefits; permanent tarnish resistance; lifetime waterproofing; guaranteed lifetime durability; guaranteed income from joining the Creator Program; false scarcity; false customer counts; fake discounts; fake reviews. 60. BRAND CORRECTION RIGHTS Where Aagrah reasonably believes Creator content contains: incorrect disclosure; false product information; unsupported claims; outdated offers; incorrect pricing; legal/compliance problems; Aagrah may request correction or removal. The Creator agrees to reasonably cooperate promptly. 61. CREATOR CONTENT OWNERSHIP Except for Aagrah-owned assets and Aagrah intellectual property of all kinds, including trademarks, trade names, logos, brand identities, designs, product photography, product copy, website material, campaign assets and other proprietary materials, the Creator retains ownership of original Creator content they independently produce. 62. LICENSE TO AAGRAH By publishing approved Aagrah promotional content under the Program, the Creator grants Aagrah a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to: repost; reproduce; display; crop/resize for format; distribute; use in Aagrah-owned digital channels; use in Creator-program case studies; use in Aagrah marketing for 24 months from first publication, unless a separate campaign agreement provides different usage rights. Aagrah should not materially alter the Creator's statements in a manner that creates a misleading endorsement. Paid-ad whitelisting, raw footage licensing or extended exclusive usage may be subject to separate written terms where applicable. 63. CREATOR NAME, HANDLE AND LIKENESS For approved Program content, Creator permits Aagrah to identify: Creator name; social-media handle; profile image; publicly available campaign performance; in connection with Program promotion, case studies and legitimate reposting, subject to applicable privacy and advertising requirements. 64. AAGRAH INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Aagrah retains ownership of: Aagrah name and other related trade names; trademarks; logos; product photography; product copy; website material; campaign briefs; proprietary systems. Creator receives a limited revocable permission to use approved Aagrah assets only for Program participation. 65. NO TRADEMARK REGISTRATION Creator may not: register Aagrah trademarks; register confusingly similar domain names; register social accounts impersonating Aagrah; claim ownership of Aagrah brand assets. 66. CONFIDENTIALITY / NDA The Creator may receive non-public Aagrah information. "Confidential Information" includes, without limitation: unreleased products; internal product costs; margins; commission structures not publicly released; Agency rates; customer information; Creator lists; internal dashboards; campaign plans; upcoming offers; unpublished product photographs; marketing strategies; internal sales data; operational information; passwords/API credentials; fraud systems; internal software; supplier information; business plans; financial information; and designs, drawings, sketches, product designs, packaging designs, prototypes, creative concepts, visual assets and other proprietary design materials. 67. CONFIDENTIALITY OBLIGATION Creator agrees to: keep Confidential Information confidential; use it only for Program participation; not sell or disclose it to another party; take reasonable care to protect it; notify Aagrah promptly of unauthorized disclosure or access; return/delete confidential materials when reasonably requested. 68. CONFIDENTIALITY EXCLUSIONS Confidential Information does not include information Creator can demonstrate: was already lawfully public; became public without Creator's breach; was lawfully known before disclosure; was lawfully received from a third party without confidentiality duty; was independently developed without using Aagrah Confidential Information. 69. REQUIRED LEGAL DISCLOSURE If Creator is legally compelled to disclose Confidential Information, Creator should, where legally permitted: notify Aagrah promptly; disclose only what is legally required; cooperate with reasonable protective measures. 70. CONFIDENTIALITY TERM Confidentiality obligations survive termination for: an unlimited duration subject to the exclusions in Section 68, for so long as the relevant information remains confidential and has not lawfully entered the public domain. Trade secrets, credentials and other information protected by law must remain protected for as long as they remain confidential or legally protected. 71. PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY Aagrah may process Creator data required to operate the Program, including: name; contact information; social handles; PAN/KYC information; payment/bank details; Creator ID; referral information; sales attribution; order-performance data; payout history; fraud/risk indicators; technical signup records. Processing will be governed by Aagrah's applicable Privacy Notice and applicable Indian data-protection law. 72. CREATOR PRIVACY NOTICE The Creator must be provided access to the current Aagrah Creator Privacy Notice at signup. The Privacy Notice explains the categories of personal data collected, the purposes of use, sharing with service providers and linked Agencies, retention, privacy-request channels and promotional opt-out choices. Where a Creator is linked to an Agency, Aagrah may share limited Program information with that Agency as described in the Privacy Notice, including identity/handle, linkage status, Creator Coupon, tier, sales and performance information needed to administer the Agency relationship. Bank details, PAN/KYC records and other unnecessary financial identifiers are not ordinarily shared with the Agency. Where consent is legally required, Aagrah will obtain it in accordance with applicable law. Optional promotional communications should provide an appropriate unsubscribe or withdrawal mechanism. 73. CUSTOMER PERSONAL DATA Creator must not misuse customer personal data. Unless specifically authorized, Creator must not: download customer lists; contact customers outside approved campaign purposes; sell customer information; publish customer addresses/phone numbers; retain unnecessary customer personal data. 74. ACCOUNT SECURITY Creator is responsible for maintaining reasonable security over: login credentials; payout account; Creator dashboard; referral links. Creator should notify Aagrah immediately of suspected unauthorized access. 75. NO GUARANTEE OF EARNINGS Aagrah does not guarantee: any minimum orders; any minimum income; any minimum audience reach; tier achievement; giveaway qualification; future campaign availability. Creator results depend on actual customer purchases and successfully delivered orders. 76. NO INVESTMENT / RECRUITMENT SCHEME The Aagrah Partner Collective is intended as a: product affiliate/Creator marketing program. Creator earnings arise primarily from qualifying customer sales. The one-time Creator referral bonus is a limited acquisition incentive. It does not create: a downline; recurring recruitment earnings; multi-level commission; pyramid compensation. 77. PROGRAM CHANGES Aagrah may update Program rules where reasonably required for: business conditions; fraud prevention; courier economics; tax/legal compliance; pricing; product availability; commission sustainability. Material financial changes should apply prospectively. Aagrah should not retrospectively reduce already-earned and Cleared commissions except for: fraud; invalid orders; returns/refunds; calculation errors; statutory requirements. Where a material change requires renewed acceptance, Aagrah may request the Creator to accept an updated Agreement. 78. SUSPENSION Aagrah may temporarily suspend the Creator account or payouts while investigating: suspected fraud; self-orders; misleading advertising; disclosure violations; duplicate accounts; intellectual-property complaints; customer abuse; unlawful conduct; tax/KYC deficiencies; manipulation of Program metrics. 79. TERMINATION BY CREATOR Creator may stop participating in the Program at any time by notifying Aagrah through the approved support method. Valid Cleared earnings earned before termination remain subject to: payout rules; reversals; statutory deductions; fraud review. 80. TERMINATION BY AAGRAH Aagrah may terminate the Creator's participation in the Program at any time by giving written or electronic notification to the Creator. Without limiting that right, Aagrah may terminate participation immediately for material breach, including: fraud; repeated misleading claims; repeated disclosure failures; manipulation; illegal activity; serious brand impersonation; misuse of Confidential Information; abusive conduct; repeated violation of Program rules. 81. EFFECT OF TERMINATION On termination: Creator must stop representing themselves as an active Aagrah Partner; unused benefits may expire; pending commissions remain subject to validation/clearance; invalid orders remain non-payable; confidentiality continues; applicable content licence continues for its stated term; tax and repayment/reversal obligations survive where applicable. 82. SET-OFF Where Creator owes Aagrah a valid documented amount due to: duplicate payout; refunded order; fraudulent commission; calculation correction; Aagrah may offset that amount against future Creator earnings to the extent permitted by law. Aagrah remains responsible for matters arising directly from Aagrah's own unlawful conduct, product obligations or Aagrah-supplied content to the extent required by law. 86. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Neither party should be liable to the other for remote or indirect losses not reasonably foreseeable, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability to the extent that such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to the foregoing, Aagrah's aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the greater of (a) ₹10,000 or (b) the aggregate Creator earnings actually paid or payable by Aagrah to the Creator under this Agreement during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 87. FORCE MAJEURE Aagrah will not be treated as breaching this Agreement for reasonable delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including: natural disasters; strikes; internet/system outages; payment-network failures; government restrictions; courier disruptions; war/civil disturbance; major platform outages. Payment obligations already due remain subject to applicable law. 88. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. 89. GOOD-FAITH DISPUTE RESOLUTION Before commencing formal proceedings, the parties should first attempt to resolve a dispute in good faith through written communication for at least: 15 days unless urgent legal relief is reasonably required. 90.
